second task - please update Email at the footer info@auscope.org.au to the following: New email: help@data.auscope.org.au subject: General Enquiry

PROD - footer email has been updated, also email at landing page. older records have old email. i have manually updated the primary_contact_email in the table package_extra and restarted the solr.
