Latitude/longitude table should have two rows and does not need to have scroll bars #77

In the "Event based" section, in the "Area" tab, draw a rectangle on the map. The latitude/longitude table takes up one row and has some scroll bars.

Can you make the table with two rows and no scroll bars?

We should use scroll bars if we have no other options.

Remove the index column and see if we can make the columns narrower.
