Area tab instructions need improvement #80

Under "Area" tab in "event based" the instructions say:

"There is no defined areas on map. Please first use the map tools to draw an area and get the data."

I drew a rectangle then nothing happened and I could not see any buttons on the map or outside the map.

I didn't know what to do next.

The instructions really need to say that you have to switch tabs to get the data.

Also change "is no defined..." to "are no defined.."

Hide the Area tab when there is no area.
