about edit graph #31

1.The xml has some isolated node .I want to show them in one graph panel?
2.There some requirement about edit the graph.for example: add/remove node,
add/remove edge?
3.graphy<->xml serialize.
please give me some help.

Isolated nodes cannot be layouted at this time, a connected graph is required.
There are already suggestions to change that, but currently we have no solution.
