The file you have played is currently not supported

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Universal Media Server 4.0.2
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure what information you need.  I was playing a .mp4 file one day and 
the next it wouldn't work anymore.  I'm streaming it through my Samsung 
BD-E5900 through AllShare.
