Update scoreboard

Scoreboard now shows currently running submissons as "pending" and no longer increments the submit count after a correct submit.

Almost there, sorry we're hounding you about these style changes.

• [x] Fix line wrapping indent to 8 spaces more than the line above
• [x] Fix that one line with 2 space indent
• [ ] Update the docs to include the submitTime field
