Customer:

This what i saw see attachments. every time I opened Lens the plugin go bigger and bigger till it was too huge to use, and one time it crashed Cubase 12

Customer sending various images of bad sizes with plugin somewhere in the window.

Cannot reproduce with Cubase v12.0.40 Build 317

Cubase 12.0.30 release notes say:

Plug-in blank space issues When opening and working with plug-ins, blank spaces could appear to the left/right side of the plug-in panel. We addressed this issue in this maintenance update.

Could be that.

No repro, probably Cubase bug fixed since June 2022

Repro something with non-100% DPI, plugin is passed another size, which still work. Customer show way different sizing.

Probably something to do with Hi-DPI screens.
