QA:

I only used it in cubase last night which worked fine, except the MIDI and sequencer time issues so in some DAWs you can set the project start to a negative number so the project starts at negative bar 3, beat 2 maybe

Renegate + REAPER has correct behaviour when it comes to sample position.

Didn't see any problem with Cubase + VST2 and Cubase + VST3, renegate sequencer is on the right step. It is true that PPQ position would be useful for sequencers.
