Wren RGBA needed functions #785

[ ] Something to amplify a color (whiten only "lifts" the color) RGBA(r*t, g*t, b*t, a)
[ ] Something to saturate and desaturate a color

Surprisingly hard design space

OpenGL largely leaves out colorspace to concentrate on a lot of data formats, such as all the compressed ones. Meaning in Gamut, colorspace ought to be supplemental to PixelType probably.

Before a larger Color API is done, would need just a few function in Wren, such as to amplify.
