Bitwig 5 + Windows + (Panagement | Couture) + VST3 => scan failure #796

I am having an issue with the Panagement and Coutoure plugins. Neither will load correctly in Bitwig 5.0.7. I've got all my other plugins working as expected.

No repro at all, with same Bitwig, VST2 or VST3 show up correctly in all hosting modes.
