Kinke experiments with building plugins with reggae + ninja points to fast incremental builds that would be fast, with LTO.

[x] Is this really 2.1 second incremental builds with full speed? => it's a 2.1 seconds full optimized build
[ ] Provide dplug-build option for that
[ ] Check that the LTO inline things even without the pragma(inline, true) to publish the bodies in object file
