[x] Find GIF that uses disposal mode => it seems not essential to typical GIF decoder
[x] Implement last disposal mode in GIF decoder => left as exercise for the future
[x] aspect ratio and resolution (this one not done)
[ ] implement a metadata system => #61
[ ] put or take "FPS" in the medata
[ ] put individual frame time in each layer metadata
