Produce Test data for Automation of a Measure Report #105

Given an example measurement, provide FHIR Resources which can be used to automate production of a MeasureReport showing the execution of Automation.

Look into use of Synthea data from MITRE.

Looking for on the order of 10 test patients with about 10 resources.
