When using a SANER sample with the Inferno validator there are a couple errors regarding URLs not resolving.
URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/saner/StructureDefinition/PublicHealthMeasureReport' does not resolve on line 5 URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/saner/Measure/CDCPatientImpactAndHospitalCapacity' does not resolve on line 9 URL value 'https://www.census.gov/geographies' does not resolve on line 13
