Location Role Type Logic

Prefaced with I'm not sure if people are doing this today or not.

Location.type is an array, allowing for multiple roles to be assigned to a bed (e.g., ICU, ER, and HOSP).

The bed-group-characteristic:Type slice is a 1-1, with 0-1 values.

If a system is already using locations and has them tagged, how should that interaction work?

Concerns:

• Picking a tag requires some sort decision tree (e.g., would I prefer it counted as ICU or ER).
• Promoting multiple tags in different groups results in counting the bed multiple times.

Hmmm, have to think about this one. And yeah, I was considering that you could have multiple characteristics of same type, have to look at my slices, especially b/c I didn't add vocab for Pediatric Psychiatric ward, but suggested people could add both codes.
