Consider separate reporting for ventlitors as devices vs patient slots #19

Awesome question, given this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=uClq978oohY&feature=emb_logo and its actual use for patient treatment during the Vegas shooting incident.

Ventilator is a Device, Slot would be a DeviceComponent, both might be classified in the same way though, which might lead to generally address a solution.

We'll make sure to add this to support vocabulary for Devices. I have a SNOMED CT Code for it.
