Update Cerner entries in bed reporting analysis #30

Should have the latest Cerner list our clients are using later tonight/tomorrow.

Updated CDC data/links as that is now formally what they are looking for. Cerner next.

Updated. In the process I re-aligned and split cells/rows to align same data concepts as much as possible. Will reach out to Michael Donnelly whether I misaligned some of Epic's data points.

We are changing how we address this. Instead of producing measures as part of the guide, we are going to describe the process and provide example measures using CDC and FEMA guidelines, so that we can avoid having to follow a moving target.
