Need examples #5

Let me know if you'd like help preparing examples to include in the IG. For instance, showing what a Group resource looks like to say "We have 20 available ICU beds" or "We have 20 occupied ICU beds."

Definitely a bug - per FHIR IG requirements and developer needs.

I've got some examples drafted at https://gist.github.com/jmandel/41f47088085cf4633506b43438925389 which maybe we can review on today's call. I've annotated them inline with _comment_jcm properties linking back to github issues I discovered as I went, but my goal with the examples right now is to follow the saner IG as closely as possible.
