The Dartmouth Atlas defines Primary Care Service Areas (PCSA), Hospital Service Areas (HSA) and Hospital Referral Regions (HRR) as geographic regions.
As a Public Health Official, I want to look at measure data within PCSA, HSA or HRR regions so that I can understand the impact of disease within a given region.
Given a {Region}
When looking for aggregated reports
Then I can search for MeasureReports that have been aggregated for a given region.
Each type of region has an identifier which is assigned by the Dartmouth Atlas project. These region identifiers are used in ARCGIS data sets and in other public data sources. I would like to be able to search for MeasureReports for locations which have been identified as one of these regions.
So, we apparently need namespace identifiers for HSA, HRR and PCSA regions.
