Reorganising some includes and headers

Resolves: none. just a code cleanup

renamed include/audacity to include/interfaces (cause most of the headers in it have interface in their names. I also moved the Types.h out of the interfaces directory. Also changed the includes appropriately.

wait, what's happening? it built fine on my system.

edit : looked into the failures. the ci is using vs 16 2019 while my system is using vs 17 2022. does this got anything to do with the failures. but that doesn't explain the failures on linux and macos. i tried using mingw which failed.

i left out one last save. commited that one. let's see if it builds now
