A3171 proxy server deploy #2

Added the node server setup to deploy the proxy app via git pull, and placed the mongoAdmin ui in a subfolder behind the proxy (/mongoAdmin) so both can exist behind a single named nginx server. Also added update script for build pipeline of the proxy app.
