NoVNC session in chrome doesn't work #4

When accessing the NoVNC server to use GMAT in a chrome browser, the session is established but cannot interact with the remote machine.

The issue was tested using a chrome browser on multiple computers, and the NoVNC worked fine. It seems the issue is not caused by the quindar-deploy. Most likely the issue is related to the computer software setting.
