restructure bibliographic and address information in `bibl` citations and `address` nodes within `desc` within `interp` #140

separate bibl and address info from comment text by means of blank line

display all elements at level 1 below bibl on new line (without additional titles or punctuation), pls exactly like so (from doc 0071):

Colburn Nadia Herman Bibliographic Essay and Review of Auden Studies The Cambridge Companion to W. H. Auden Smith Stan Cambridge University Press Cambridge needs to be fetched from Baserow 2004 978-0-521-53647-9 240-246 240-240

for address information, eg doc 0063:

Neubaugasse Neubau Vienna needs to be fetched from Baserow
