solution for display `orig` and `reg` spelling #142

preferred option: additional button labeled Original spelling in column Original text features -> when enabled, display (only) orig spelling in transcription -> when disabled, display (only) reg spelling in transcription

for example, see instance of "Burgomeister"/"Bürgermeister" in doc 0009
