can information from `glyph` (in `charDecl` in `encodingDesc`) be displayed via tooltip/mouseover over `g` element? #211

for example, doc 0038, lines 84-86 (glyph) and line 241 (g)

or, instead of mouseover: slider Glyph highlight of g element and provide information from glyph element
