So how is this done in ARCHE? It is not a problem if you have different licenses or rights statements within your collection, because we apply a license on a resource / file level. So, each file (must have) has its own right statement.
• hasLicense you can express if it is a CC BY or add an “In copyright” label.
• hasLicensor & hasRightsHolder are usually the same. A licensor is the person/institution that gave the license and the rights holder the person who holds the copyright and related rights
• hasOwner can be the institution that actually owns the copies (we are still unsure whether to use this property for the scan or for the physical object, but I think in the light of what I have wrote above, the physical would be more important, but we could also write in both if need be.
• hasCreator: whoever created the original work (like a photographer in case of a scanned picture or a creator of a TEI)
• hasAuthor: same as hasCreator but specifically for the text
• hasDigitisingAgent: who perfomerd the scanning (can also be an institution)
• * hasRightsInformation (this still needs to be implemented, but will be so shortly) – will be a free text explanation for all rights related things (e.g. is it the Leistungsschutz or copyright, who is the rights holder of what, links to terms and conditions of an archive etc.)
The bold attributes are mandatory for ARCHE, the rest very much appreciated, because otherwise the resources cannot be properly cited according to the good practice and the legal bind of moral rights if the work is still in copyright. HasActor is another attribute that is probably important in AMP, this should be the person that is mentioned in the text (who is it about).
Kiki and I already had a look in what is in ARCHE and what we have found in Redmine, so I just copy paste Kiki’s notes below. I understand that this was just a fist attempt from Peter to get the data in (ARCHE doorkeeper is very strict, so you have to add metadata, if you want to ingest the files), so I believe this was meant to be worked on/is not something final. Anyway, we should at one point get together also with Daniel to see how to best describe the files.

Außerdem existiert in ARCHE auch ein TIFF/JPG mit derselben Nummer wie 0050.xml (https://id.acdh.oeaw.ac.at/auden-musulin-papers/amp_0050.tif zeigt eine Leerseite, xml enthält aber Inhalte von Vorder- und Rückseite!?!), dieses verweist auf den gesamten XML-Brief zu dem sie gehören https://id.acdh.oeaw.ac.at/auden-musulin-papers/amp-transcript__0010.xml - eine Verbindung von 0010.xml zu 0050.xml kann ich nicht finden.
• Bei den XMLs der Einzelobjekte sowie der Briefe sind als hasCreator Projektmitarbeiterinnen genannt, was ok ist, jedoch fehlt hasAuthor als Schöpfer des Textes bzw. hasCreator für involvierte Fotografen involviert sind.
• Bei den TIFs/JPGS ist zwar hasDigitisingAgent angegeben (jeweils mehrere Personen bei einem Objekt), hasCreator wurde verwendet, meint jedoch weder Fotografen noch Autoren (letztere sollten als hasAuthor angegeben sein), sondern nennt Projektmitarbeiterinnen.
• Legal: es liegen folgende Genehmigungen vor:
