I'm able to replicate this on occasion on my iPhone 11 Pro Max but it doesn't happen every time though. Seems to be a random occurrence. OS: iOS 14.3 Device: iPhone 11 Pro Max
@kylerc I'm guessing this is the auth webview getting stuck? we can introduce a timeout to either retry or show an error
Describe the bug On certain devices, opening the app briefly shows the Community App logo, and then just shows a white screen.
Even leaving it open for 5+ minutes does not change anything, so it doesn't seem to be a slow loading issue.
We tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting the phone, etc.
This was encountered on a Samsung Galaxy S20+ on Android OS 10.
However, for comparison we checked a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on Android OS 10, and it worked fine there (as with all other devices we've attempted). So we're trying to dig further into what could be unique about the S20+ situation. The phone does not have any other issues opening any other apps.
Expected behavior Would expect it to load the tutorials screen.
