Removal of time limit while giving/Taking Points #34

Hello, I think the 10 min cool down while giving or taking points in an unnecessary hassle and shold be removed somethimes its hard for us to log a lot of points lgiven or taken at one time because of the same,

This time limit is in place to limit the load on our infrastructure by limiting the number of point requests that can be done in a short period of time while not blocking other users from giving points so there are no plans to do that at this time. We do have some built in functionality to remove the 50 point per transaction limit per server though, but there is no way to manage this limitation through a command right now. If you run @housecup debug and send the output here I can raise the point limit for your server
