Some users aren't being shown when viewing the top ten #59

From one of our users of HouseCup Bot for Discord reported the following issue in a ticket:

Hello! That function does work but our Top 10 Users get a little competitive and some people I know to have earned more points than others aren't pulling up in the Top 10. I'm wondering if we have too many members so the Top 10 Users can't pull the proper folks? If I use the user function I can see how much they've earned - their place just won't show in the Top 10 so it's inaccurate. My Discord is relatively small (we have about 300 people) but our bigger houses are Slytherin and Ravenclaw. Some members from each of these houses are not showing up on the leaderboard.
