This process can take up to an hour or two, unfortunately we can't constantly check whether user roles changed because of API rate limits. However, we have an update planned that will give a dashboard where you can trigger certain things (like refreshing the roles) from your web browser, along with an improved onboarding process for new installs
That update sounds amazing, Jake! Thank you!

As soon as someone joins a team, we give them 5 House Points to congratulate them, and to get them introduced to the friendly competitive culture. However, when we do that now, the points go to the user and not the team because the bot isn't adding their roles fast enough.
We tried resetting the Cup, but that didn't work.
So we changed the system and decided we would do it when they sent in a little blurb about themselves to give the bot five minutes to catch up. However, we have seen delays up to 30 minutes. When we have an influx of teammates (sometimes groups of 10 or more), it gets hard to keep track of what's going on and we have a lot of teammates concerned things won't turn up fair because we can't keep track.
Is there any way to make sure the roles are catching sooner?
