Points not being added to usergroup #73

Users are given points, they are allocated into their houses (usergroups) but the housebot is not giving points to the usergroup, only the user. Is there a max amount of people that a usergroup can have?

We have roughly 136 people in each house, and removing/readding the users into the usergroup (house) has not helped.

I’m having this problem as well; I can’t tell if there’s a pattern between new people to the house roles or not.
