Attaching a 8ohm speaker #19

Hi,

I'm just wondering is it possible to attach a small 8-ohm impedance speaker such as the one described here https://www.adafruit.com/product/1891?

Previously I had one of these working with the wolfson audio card using its Speaker Outputs although there dosn't seem to be any similar connections on the Ultra.

Hi,

I am not sure how a low impedance driver would work with the Ultra outputs - why don't you give it a try ?

The Zero and stereo cards have phono outputs, these may be better suited to this low impedance driver.
