Minor aesthetic adjustments #159

  1. Added the AudioKit logo to the navigation title.
  2. Changed the About AudioKit info to be in its own screen, instead of in an alert.
  3. Removed the SplashView, since the app is already using the LaunchScreen xib file.

Need to place the new About AudioKit info swift files in their own folders to keep the project organized.
