Documentation doesn't show "Sampler" as class #23

Steps to reproduce:

Open https://www.audiokit.io/DunneAudioKit/documentation/dunneaudiokit
Or generate documentation using docc

Expected result:

Class "Sampler" shows in navigation on the left and on the start page
Articles have a well balanced structure and are easy to navigate

Actual result:

Class documentation is only available when using direct URL https://www.audiokit.io/DunneAudioKit/documentation/dunneaudiokit/sampler found in Google or so
Class documentation goes a bit too much into detail on sample descriptors
No links between articles
Some articles have outdated links and outdated information

Crash Logs, Screenshots or Other Attachments (if applicable)

Sampler now shows in the sidebar of DunneAudioKit https://www.audiokit.io/DunneAudioKit/documentation/dunneaudiokit and the documentation is easier to navigate and read.
