Spoiler log search function #13

Search bar for looking up checks/items in your spoiler log, would allow you to peek at one thing instead of opening the entire file

As this has a maybe tag and is a few months old; I think this would be a nice feature, I'm actually surprised I haven't seen anyone mention it before. The amount of times I need to check if a poe I just lost was important is frankly annoying, and I usually have to ask a friend to check for me to avoid accidental spoilers of the seed.

(I just don't like asking for features because I know you already have a lot of work on this and a lot of work you want to do, so I simply upvote features I see as good ideas that I don't think are discussed enough.)
