Poe visibility #33

"Ability to mark off an entire chunk of poes at once (for example, cross off all Overworld poes with a single click). If I have only dungeon poes shuffled then I may not want to see the overworld poes. Showing or not can't be determined purely from the shuffle setting since vanilla overworld poes may still be relevant if Jovani is on. Someone may want to have overworld poes still show if they don't know the locations, or someone might now want them to clutter the UI if they know where they all are. Or once Jovani is done, they may want to cross them all off."

Implemented. Did not include issue #10, did overhaul the clearing dungeon ui
