Skybook import count incorrect #34

"It seems like there might be a bug with progressive sky books. When I import a spoiler log, it appears to add skybooks to the current count without first resetting to 0. So if I have 2 in the spoiler log and import, it gets set to 2. Then if I do "Dump Spoiler Log" and reimport the same spoiler log, skybooks goes to 4, etc."

Untested

Hadn't checked tracker reset on import, is working as intended
