Apply race settings infinite load #63

Apparently the apply race settings button is having issues. Has been difficult to get info on how to recreate, seems like under some circumstances it's causing an infinite load (apparently was fixed by clicking race layout preset first?). Also seemed someone was having issues with it not loading starting items/excluded checks etc. Wondering if there is some kind of permissions issue with reading from the RaceSettingsLog folder, but also idk.

Tried everything I can think of to recreate this, so far unsuccessful. Will probably wait until someone can give me more info to keep tracking this down, don't really have enough info yet

Going to close this for now, fixed an issue where the race button was overwriting the spoiler log in spoiler manager, thinking that may have been the cause of the issue
