Notepad scrollbar doesn't appear/disappear with content size. Creates issue where if you delete text at the end of a long note you can't scroll back to the top (you can still use nav arrows to get back). Also want to figure out scroll speed as it feels very different between platforms (super fast on mac but slow on pc).
