Support for airserv-ng interface.

Hello.

It would be a nice feature for future development to make reaver support the 
aircrack-ng suite "airserv-ng" interface.

Then reaver would be able to use airserv interface with -i 1.2.3.4:666 instead 
of using a local interface.

Also, thanks for this great pieace of software. Always fun when new wireless 
discoveries show up.
