Suppress visibility of non-unique object labels by default? #14

This would help avoid issues like the map attempting to render 40 closely spaced "Hazard Buoy" labels.

Wait, this could perhaps be integrated into the overlap prevention module as well: If labels with identical content overlap, hide one of them.
