In case I suddenly disappear or something. Include a copy inside the standalone index.html as well.

Things to add:

Which input files does it require, and in which format?
Where does it expect the files to be located?
What external software/scripts are required to generate the required input data, and where may they be found?
- Actually, consider including these in the GH repo (with the appropriate credit and ownership disclaimers) to be on the safe side.
