Add commodity nickname lookup using select_equip.ini #7

All commodities - and probably a few other interesting things - have their infocard numbers defined in "Data\equipment\select_equip.ini" - set up a parser for this and remove the old Ioncross data export dependencies when done, as they seem to have been manually created (i.e. with spelling mistakes here and there) and well out of date by now.
