Add Menu inside About page

• The first thing on the About page should be the menu showing all gardens, and possibly all projects.

After the menu is the real About contents.

• Each garden should have a top-directory page, which contains the same map as in the Location page but only that specific garden marked. Also, this page should have general info in the garden: think of what the user wants. What would a user expect to know about each garden?

Took a different approach. Decided to used _index.html; inserted the menu inside it.
