Add Stripe Payment API to receive donations from interested donors

All donations will go to Augie Environmental Studies Program. Thank you for coming up with this idea!

• The first priority of our website will be to find the right content for each garden.
• Once we finish all the contents, let's go ask Dr. O'Hara if he'd like us to go forward with this idea. With his okey sign, you will be able to make a Stripe account on his behalf and connect it to Augie Environmental Studies's official funding account.

I was browsing through augie.edu's page on Augie Gardens https://www.augie.edu/resources/sustainability/augustana-garden and discovered that there's already a donation link: https://www.augielink.com/gift

When we go to this page, we're able to donate to Sustainability, but not Augie Gardens specifically, so I think using Stripe to accept donations would be perfectly fine.

At the same time, just to be on the safe side, let's take one extra precaution. When we finish our content and have a meeting with Dr. O'Hara to ask if he'd like to go forward with the idea of accepting donations for Augie Gardens, we could ask if it's okey to accept donations through Stripe, rather than using the pre-existing route - https://www.augielink.com/gift - in case it's not compliant with the administrative rules in our school.
