Market Creation Template Fixes - Hockey #4280

Yes/No All Yes/No (except stanley cup winner template) need to include an Added Resolution Rules: Includes all regulation, overtime and shootouts Will the [Team A] win vs the [Team B], Estimated schedule start time: [Date time]?

10-17ho.jpg Can remove the Est schedule start time from the market wuestion box, since we have it down below....only on Market trading pg does it need to be formatted:

Multiple Choice Need to add Included Resolution Rules: "Include Regulation, overtime and any shoot-outs. The game must go 55 minutes or more to be considered official. If it does not "No winner" should be deemed the winning outcome." Which team will win: [Team A] vs [Team B], Estimated schedule start time: [Date time]? and to [Team A] vs [Team B]: Total goals scored; Over/Under [Whole #].5, Estimated schedule start time: [Date time]? Outcomes to the Over/Under Market template Need to Change No winner to Outcome 3, from outcome 1 moved to https://github.com/AugurProject/augur/issues/4691

Over/Under box should say enter # and Need to remove estimated scheduled start time from Market question box (just keep it in the area where user can select it)

Tertiary Categories...remove International Ice Hockey federation

Which NHL team will win the [Year] Stanley Cup Outcome & same for Which NHL player will win the [yr} award Other needs to be Other (Field) and the last outcome seen before invalid

Again Remove International Ice Hockey Federation from tertiary dropdown

Scalar Total number of wins the [team] will finish the year regular season with: Wins is already selected (need to do something about it saying choose a denomination for the range (also wins is tough to see) Precision should be set to 1.0 Change suggested resolution rules to Include resolution rules and remove the checkbox

From the first multiple choice hockey market: Which team will win: [Team A] vs [Team B], Estimated schedule start time: [Date time]?

For this Market (in Multiple choice) [Team A] vs [Team B]: Total goals scored; Over/Under [Whole #].5, Estimated schedule start time: [Date time]?

Replace the existing added Resolution Rule, with:

The game must go 55 minutes or more to be considered official. If it does not "No winner" should be deemed the winning outcome."

In this same Market: Total goals scored; Over/Under [Whole #].5, Estimated schedule start time: [Date time]?

The Outcome Order need to be changed to (currently No Winner is the first Outcome and Needs to be third: Outcome 1: Over [Whole #].5 Outcome 2: Under [Whole #].5 Outcome 3: No Winner

Need to remove Olympics from Tertiary Category
