Transition to The Graph Network #364

Currently we will deploy to the hosted Graph and then transition to the network.

I'm in contact with their team about doing so.

No actions for this release.

We will be doing this for a future release.

Update: currently the Graph Network does not support Mumbai and Matic so we're going to stick to the Hosted Service for now.
