When a cron expression is updated for a request on the Algorithm Request page, it deletes the upper and lower thresholds for that request.
To reproduce:
1) Edit the request and set the upper and lower thresholds. Overwrite is not required.
2) Go back to the Algorithm request page and change the cron expression for the request where the thresholds were just set
3) Edit the same request again and observe the threshold are gone.
4) Rinse and repeat
