Alfred Integration #18

Full Alfred integration. Dev was done with a modified version of Platform built in a Docker container. Once a few fixes are made to AugurWorks/Platform#1 this will be fully runnable with that project.

I pushed the Docker container I used as 274685854631.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/alfred:1.0.0-hardcoded so it can be used until the Docker branch mentioned above can be merged in.
