NN runs not completing #122

Successful NN runs run seem to have slowly degraded over the last couple of days. Only three of the last 20 or so have completed using the normal data. I didn't want to restart the services until you've had a chance to look at logs, etc. The CPU and memory utilization looks good.

Looks like there is still an issue with multiple runs completing.

Same thing is occurring with runs not completing. I actually thought I created a new issue on Thursday, but I must have not submitted it. Strange. Anyway, you can see the uncompleted runs in the results view.
